Due to limited product availability, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact supplyco@openai.com within a reasonable time after delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution based on product availability.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.
We accept credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely in USD. Your transaction will appear on your statement as Supply Co.

Orders
Pre-orders simply mean the item is not yet ready to ship. We’ll always note the expected shipping timeline on the product page, checkout, and we’ll email you with updates if anything changes.
Pre-orders may close based on inventory availability or item-specific timelines. Please refer to the product page for the most up-to-date pre-order window and availability details.
Quantities may be limited depending on the item. In general, we place limits on purchases so more people have a chance to buy items. Please refer to the product page for any item-specific limits.

Shipping
We offer discounted standard shipping on qualifying orders:
- United States: $5 USD on orders over $75 USD
- Canada: $10 USD on orders over $100 USD
- UK and select European destinations: $20 USD on orders over $125 USD
- Select Asia-Pacific destinations: $30 USD on orders over $125 USD
- All other destinations: Shipping calculated at checkout
Eligible European destinations include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Eligible Asia-Pacific destinations include Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Discounted rates apply to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping, duties, taxes, remote-area fees, and other destination-specific charges are calculated separately. Final shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
All product prices, shipping rates, and order thresholds are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider will convert the final amount into your local currency and may charge conversion or foreign transaction fees.
We ship to most countries worldwide. At this time, we’re unable to deliver to certain destinations due to carrier availability, local restrictions, or service limitations.
Shipping is currently unavailable to: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Bahrain, Belarus, Bhutan, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cook Islands, Cuba, Eritrea, Faroe Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Greenland, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Marshall Islands, Mayotte, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, North Korea, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, São Tomé and Príncipe, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, and Wallis and Futuna.
Shipping availability may change as carrier service and local requirements evolve.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government. These charges will be calculated and collected during checkout based on your shipping address.
In-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours. Pre-order items ship by the estimated date shown on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship once all items are available.
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information.
